ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOMERS SIGNATURE FOR RELEASE.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY  (Within the United States)

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each and every Golden Bear Jacket.

Golden Bear selects the skins and fabrics from the finest tanneries and mills around the world. Leather is a natural product, grain pattern and color may vary due to its natural beauty and is a unique characteristic of the garment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simple return it within 15 days and we’ll exchange it or refund the cost of the item (excluding ALL incurred shipping fees) All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received in order to receive a full refund. Garment must be free of pet hair, cologne and or perfume. 

 

RETURN OPTIONS:

OPTION 1:  Use UPS Label provided

  1. We provide a UPS return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, $25 (1 jacket) will be deducted from the credit you’ll be receiving to cover return shipping costs (2 or more jackets) $40.00.
  2. Affix the UPS return shipping label over the original shipping label and reseal the carton. Please package your jacket carefully so that damage does not occur during the return shipping.
  3. Drop package at a UPS authorized shipping outlet. (Retain the tracking number for you records)

OPTION 2:  Return Shipping via Carrier of your choice

This option allows you to use the carrier of your choice to return an item to Golden Bear Sportswear. If you choose this option, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Apply pre-addressed return label
  2. Pay the carrier’s shipping charge (customer is responsible for shipping charges)
  3. Adding insurance is recommended
  4. Maintain the tracking number for your record
